Technology Shafts BASIC PLUS
Saltwater electrolysis and Sand filter system
All components are inconspicuously hidden in the technical shaft, yet easily accessible in no time and placed in close proximity to the swimming pool - thus there are no friction and heat losses. The technical shaft is already prepared for the connection of a heater / pool heat pump.
Details of the SaltTec Lite technical shaft:
- Round technical shaft
- Pool water treatment Neosal including salt
- Pool sand filter system FSP-500 including sand
- Power distribution (technology already connected)
- Integrated bypass for the connection of a pool heat pump
- Including filter sand and pool salt
- Connection: 230V
- Inner diameter: 120cm
- Outer diameter: 136cm
- Depth: 120cm
- Material: Polypropylene
Pool saltwater disinfection Neosal, including salt
The probably most modern saltwater electrolysis for pools and swimming pools on the market. The principle of pool saltwater electrolysis is simple and ingenious at the same time. The pool water is salted with up to 3 kg of cooking salt per m³ of water (usually only once a year, as salt does not evaporate). During the filter operation, the swimming pool water passes through the electrolysis cell, splits the salt present in the water, and creates free chlorine to disinfect the swimming pool water. The system is equipped with a self-cleaning cell. The pool saltwater electrolysis ensures fully automatic disinfection of your pool/swimming pool.
- Pool disinfection without the addition of chlorine
- Crystal clear water
- Very low operating costs
- Self-cleaning cell
- 10% of sea water salt content is sufficient (hardly noticeable)
Pool sand filter system FSP-500 including sand
The pool sand filter complete system FSP-500 comes with a base plate, on which the filter tank made of polypropylene is located. The tank is equipped with a 6-way valve with a pressure gauge and a glued connection fitting ø50 mm. The circulation pump, which has a capacity of 9 m³/h and an additional hair filter, is also located on the base plate and is connected to the filter tank via a flexible hose. The filter uses filter sand (recommended grain size 0.6-1.2 mm) to catch impurities from the pool water. The filter tank is filled with filter sand and acts as a dirt collector. When the valve is in the "filter" position, the contaminated pool water is sucked through a hose system and automatically pushed into the control valve with patented filter and from there into the upper part of the filter tank. The water is then pushed through the sand, which removes fine impurities, and discharged into the lower part of the tank. The water is then directed back into the pool through hoses via the control valve. The entire process is continuous, automatic, and ensures complete filtration of the pool water. After a certain operating time (4-8 weeks), dirt accumulates in the filter tank, leading to a deterioration in the water flow through the sand and a reduction in the flow through the filter unit (indicated by an increase in pressure on the pressure gauge). This means that it is time to clean the filter. To do this, simply move the operating lever of the 6-way valve to the "rinse" position. This automatically reverses the water flow so that the water flows from the bottom through the filter sand to the top and flushes the accumulated impurities into the drainage line. Once the filter has been flushed, switch the valve lever to "pre-filter" and turn on the pump for half to one minute. Then move the valve lever back to the "filter" position to resume normal filter operation.
