Pool sand filter system FSP-500 including sand

The pool sand filter complete system FSP-500 is equipped with a base plate on which the polypropylene filter vessel is located, which is equipped with a 6-way valve with a pressure gauge and glued connection fitting ø50 mm. The circulation pump, including an additional hair filter with a capacity of 9 m³/h, is also placed on the base plate and is connected to the filter vessel via a flexible hose. The filter uses filter sand (recommended grain size 0.6 - 1.2mm) to collect impurities from the pool water. The filter container is filled with filter sand and acts as a dirt collector. When the valve is in the "filtering" position, the contaminated pool water is sucked in via a hose system and automatically pressed into the control valve with patented filter and from there into the upper area of the filter container. The water is then pushed through the sand, which removes it from fine impurities, and discharged into the lower part of the container. Via the control valve, the water is led back into the pool through hoses. The entire process is continuous, automatic, and ensures complete filtration of the pool water. After a certain operating time (4-8 weeks), dirt accumulates in the filter vessel, leading to a deterioration of the water flow through the sand and a reduction of the flow through the filter unit (recognizable by an increase in pressure on the pressure gauge). This means that it is time to clean the filter. To do this, you only need to move the operating lever of the 6-way valve to the "rinsing" position. This automatically reverses the flow of water so that the water flows from bottom to top through the filter sand and flushes out the accumulated impurities into the drainage line. When the filter has been flushed, move the valve lever to the "pre-filter" position and turn on the pump for half a minute to a minute; then move the valve lever back to the "filtering" position to resume normal filter operation.
