Pool Service Packages
- Pool Service Package "Standard": The pool and the equipment chamber will be delivered fully assembled, piped and wired. You only need to connect the equipment chamber to the pool and connect it to the power grid. If necessary, you can also book our service packages afterwards.
- Pool service package "Connection of Technical Shaft": Support by one of our employees during delivery, connection of the technical shaft with the pool.
- Pool service package "Construction supervision": If you have any questions during the installation process regarding excavation, base plate, or backfilling that cannot be clarified over the phone, you can rely on one of our technicians to provide on-site assistance for half a day.
- Pool service package "Instruction & Commissioning": joint commissioning of the pool,instruction and explanation of the pool technology at your location.
15 Years Warranty on Tightness
5 Years Warranty
Due to the superior quality and continuous development for over 30 years, we guarantee a tightness of 15 years on all our pools (details: warranty conditions).
Your advantage in direct sales: because we are convinced of the quality of our products, you also have a warranty of up to 10 years on pool enclosures, pool heat pumps and accessories.
When selecting products for our range, we place the greatest emphasis on quality. A product that does not meet our strict quality requirements, we do not include in our assortment - even if it seems so inexpensive.
Since we set very high standards for quality and have a systematic quality management, we can therefore give a much longer warranty than the law provides.
Transportation
DHL, DPD, and freight: All products purchased from us are shipped with DHL and DPD. Oversized items such as pool enclosures, pool complete sets, and swimming pools are delivered as special transport. Transport of our pools is already included in the product price for United Kingdom: After you have chosen your pool complete set, we will inform you of the exact delivery date and the exact time one week before delivery. We organize the transport of your dream pool with routine and reliability so that it is delivered on the agreed delivery date with one of our special transporters. We have our own fleet of special transporters that deliver our pool complete sets reliably and professionally to your location. Upon request, we can also perform a crane unloading for pool orders to place the pool directly on the concrete base. Crane unloading is possible up to 48m (mast length). When booking our crane service, one of our sales representatives will inspect the local conditions before delivery.
