Liquid preparation preventing the precipitation of scale and other minerals contained in pool water. It inhibits the reaction of these minerals with the added pool chemicals, reducing the consumption of pool chemicals in hard water.

Water hardness is mostly caused by the amount of dissolved limestone and magnesium. These elements typically dominate in most waters, so we can neglect the others and not worry too much about them. Water hardness is primarily determined by calcium carbonate (Ca:Mg ratio in most natural waters is 2:1 to 4:1). In nature, we find water that is both very soft and very hard - it depends on which minerals the water comes into contact with. Tap water is rarely very soft; it is usually moderately to very hard. The harder the pool water, the more limescale deposits on the pool walls. It is optimal to maintain the water hardness for the pool at a value that is moderately hard at most. It is important to note that evaporation of water from the pool increases its hardness. We can measure hardness using testers labeled as "total hardness tests."

The results (in German degrees of hardness and ppm CaCO3) are interpreted as follows:

0--4 dGH/0--70 ppm ...very soft water
4--8 dGH/70--140 ppm ...soft water
8--12 dGH/140--210 ppm ...moderately hard (semi-hard) water
12--18 dGH/210--320 ppm ...hard water
18--30 dGH/320--530 ppm ...very hard water

When treating the pool and adjusting the water, it is possible to encounter specific problems. For these special cases, we have developed special products that can help to quickly and effectively solve these problems and reduce fluctuations in water quality during regular pool maintenance. These preparations include, for example, Calzestab Eisenex and Metal Magic.

Warranty

This product has 12 month warranty. In the event of a product breakdown within the warranty period, you should contact us as soon as possible.

The Buyer has the right to make his defective goods claim within 12 months of accepting the goods. If a defect manifests itself within six months of the Buyer accepting the goods, such goods are presumed to be defective at acceptance unless the Seller proves otherwise.

Delivery Times: - Standard delivery: 1-2 weeks

Most of our products, when ordered by 12 PM Monday to Friday, will be dispatched for next-day delivery . In cases where items are not in stock or are special orders, delivery times may be longer.

Rest assured, we will contact you beforehand to provide an estimated delivery date.

If you have specific delivery instructions, such as gifting or a required delivery date, please include them in your order.

If your billing address is different from the delivery address, you can provide the latter separately in the order form. We will accommodate the delivery address if possible under contractual conditions.

Please note that some areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight may incur extra carriage charges.

Please check your delivery

If you sign for a delivery as "OK" and later discover that it's damaged, our carriers will not accept liability, and you may be charged for the damaged items. In such cases, we will make a delivery charge for replacement items.

Please sign for your delivery as "UNCHECKED" if you're unable to thoroughly check it upon receipt. If there is any damage to the package, no matter how small, please sign for it as "DAMAGED". We cannot make claims for any damaged items that haven't been signed for as "UNCHECKED" or "DAMAGED".
